Saturday, March 27th the State of the World Forum held their second Women's 2020 Leadership Caucus. There were 40 women and 4 men in attendance.  Speakers included:

Elizabeth Lindsey --National Geographic Explorer

Zenobia Barlow --Executive Director and Cofounder of the Center for Ecoliteracy

Claire Greensfelder --International Forum on Globalization

Robin Quarrier --Women of Wind Energy

Kirstin Miller -- Executive Director, Ecocity Builders

Gemma Givens --Delegate for Indigenous Environmental Network and Youth Activist

Belvie Rooks --Co-Founder Growing A Global Heart

Susan Griffin --Poet, Essayist, Playwright

We broke into workgroups including Education, Social Media, Civic Engagement, and Indigenous Wisdom to collaborate on what actions could be taken in these sectors to address Climate Change in the Bay Area.  These will be ongoing dialogues within these groups and into the subsequent Caucus gatherings.  The Women's 2020 Leadership Caucus group will be created on this site soon.
